In the endeavour to make Bangalore INDIA NANO a true business event, special efforts were made to attract business visitors to the Tradeshow with a multi-pronged approach. Each Exhibitor was given sufficient number of Business Visitor Passes. Exhibitors used these passes to invite their Clients, Associates and other Stakeholders to visit the expo. Business Visitor Passes were mailed to an extensive Database of over 10,000 along with Web Promotion. Provision for Free Business Visitor Registrations and passes were made online. Exclusive Business Visiting Hours were allocated for B2B interactions.
Our Media campaign was comprehensive with tie-ups with all major nanotech publications carrying periodic advertisements so that everyone in the nanotech fraternity was fully aware of Bangalore INDIA NANO. Advertisements were also placed in major magazines to extensively promote the tradeshow.
Delegates at the Conference formed the core audience at the Tradeshow. Every effort was made to ensure their visit to the Tradeshow like Networking Coffee breaks @ Tradeshow along with dedicated Exhibition Interaction Session. This created ample opportunity for the conference delegates to network with the exhibitors.
